Branch off to suggesting activities: "Let's _______" May be a bit advanced for second grade, maybe take out the reasons.

Stop and go song: Video is silly, but kids like it ok. Get's them a bit crazy, but they love to dance and stop, I'd do at the end of class for fun.
Stop and go song with Lisa Loeb
Video is very dated, although kids don't seem to care: stop and go with Hi-5: if it's too painful for you you can always just listen to the song.
